Violet, who has just returned from a trip to America, is asked to tell the class about one of America's national holidays. Not knowing any, she makes up Amy Pastrami Day. Her stories ignite the imagination of the drama teacher, who decides to celebrate Amy Pastrami Day by putting on a concert for some American visitors. When Kevin finds out that Violet made up the day, he tries to tell the teacher and the guests.
