David and Dawn travel about with their friend Tuckonie and learn about the Australian bush and native animals. Their travels are aided by their magic flying boomerang.

  • Adapted from the David and Dawn children's program, first broadcast by Sydney radio station 2GB beginning ca. 1934. The show starred George Edwards as David and Nell Stirling as Dawn. Radio station 2UW and the Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation later acquired the sole Australasian broadcasting rights for shows produced by George Edwards Productions.
