'The Móra Press specialized in books for children and the young, popular books in the humanities, as well as classical and contemporary literature. The publishing house, which was founded in 1950, is an intellectual workshop of the Hungarian literature for children and the young by bringing out quality new books. It publishes the most popular children's books, tales, picture books, the Hungarian classics, and the "evergreens" of world literature. It is a market leader in promoting popular books on the humanities. It also provides a forum for contemporary Hungarian alternative authors and beginners.'
