BiographyHistory

Tom Stewart enlisted in the Australian Army on 20 May 1941 and transferred to the Royal Australian Air Force on 5 December 1942. He was discharged on the 17 September 1945 as a Flight Lieutenant in 466 Squadron. He served in Bomber Command in Europe where 3,500 Australians died during the war.
