BiographyHistory

Marjorie-Mary Hurst was 15 years old when her family left India and returned to England. She remained in England until she emigrated to Australia with her husband. Hurst was an active member of the Society of Women Writers and the Adult Education Writers Group. Her work has been widely published in Australia and overseas.
