BiographyHistory

Barry Lupino was an English comedian and film actor. he came to Australia in early 1917 for J. and N. Tait , opening his account in Sydney as the lead in Very Good Eddie (Palace Theatre, 10 February -). During his stay in the country Lupino featured in a five minute movie presented during the Melbourne and Sydney productions of the English revue Honi Soit, and also starred in the 1919 Beaumont Smith feature film, Barry Butts In.
